At Prepara, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials. If your purchase doesn't perfectly suit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
